February Client Engagement Preview – Companion
We are excited to announce this month’s client engagement plan! This program is designed to keep your clients engaged with your practice and informed of new savings at your online store. To help you promote these campaigns to your clients, we’ve created marketing materials below that you can share in your practice, on your website, and on Facebook.
Your practice, clients and patients are at the center of what we do. In an effort to continually enhance and improve the Client Engagement Communications program, some clients may receive different messages, content, or (even better) offers than those shown below, or we may change send dates (though this is rare). Email content may also change if you have opted out of showing specific brands or categories (e.g. Preventatives) in your communications. Because there can be many potential variations of a single mailing, we are only showing one version here.

Week 1: Tuesday, February 4
This week we are celebrating Responsible Pet Owners Month and focusing on preventive care – this includes monthly parasite protection, high quality nutrition, dental care, allergy relief, and more! The email will highlight those categories and promote the savings in each one.
Your clients will receive this email if your practice has selected 4 or more emails per month.

Weeks 2 & 3: Tuesday, February 11 – Tuesday, February 18
On Tuesday we are launching a one week sale featuring a coupon your clients can use at your online store. Offer details are as follows:

The email will also feature new instant rebates from several manufacturers, which can be combined with the coupon for even more savings. Don’t forget to promote the sale on your social media pages!
Your clients will receive an email on Tuesday, February 11 if your practice has selected 1 or more emails per month. A reminder will be sent on Thursday, February 13th if opted into 3 or more. Final reminders will be sent on Tuesday, February 18 if opted into 2 or more (morning send) and 4 or more (afternoon send).

Week 4: Tuesday, February 25
The theme this week is parasite protection. This may not be top of mind for your clients in the midst of winter, but now is the time to start thinking about choosing the right preventative. Clients in the South will instead receive a campaign more focused on heartworm disease prevention given the start of mosquito season.
