We are excited to announce this month’s client engagement plan! This program (formerly known as Careminders) is designed to keep your clients engaged with your practice and informed of new savings at your online store. To help you promote these campaigns to your clients, we’ve created marketing materials below that you can share in your practice, on your website, and on Facebook.

Your practice, clients and patients are at the center of what we do. In an effort to continually enhance and improve the Client Engagement Communications program, some clients may receive different messages, content, or (even better) offers than those shown below, or we may change send dates (though this is rare). Email content may also change if you have opted out of showing specific brands or categories (e.g. Preventatives) in your communications. Because there can be many potential variations of a single mailing, we are only showing one version here.

Week 1: Tuesday, July 2

This week’s campaign will promote the best rebates and instant savings currently available in your online store. This includes up to $50 off select preventatives and up to 20% off diets.

If your practice is opted out of messaging about preventatives, clients will see a different message with summer health and safety tips.

This campaign will go to your clients if your practice is opted into 4 or more engagement emails per month.

Week 2: Tuesday, July 9 – Tuesday, July 16

This week’s campaign is a one week sale, starting Tuesday, 7/9 and ending Tuesday, 7/16. Offer details are as follows:

$10 off orders over $100 OR $20 off orders over $200 with code: MEADOW
This offer expires 7/16/19.

As always, we encourage clients to combine their coupon with instant rebates to get the most savings!

If your practice is opted into at least one engagement email per month, clients will receive the email on Tuesday 7/9. A reminder will be sent on Thursday if you have opted into 3 or more per month, and final reminders will be sent the following Tuesday (morning email for 2+, evening email for 4+).


Week 4: Tuesday, July 23

This is the time of year when skipped doses can quickly lead to infection and infestations, so this week we will be reminding clients about the importance of flea and tick prevention. Savings on various products will be highlighted as well.

This campaign will go to your clients if your practice is opted into 4 or more engagement emails per month. If your practice is opted out of preventatives messaging, clients will receive a campaign promoting savings on diets. If opted out of both of those categories, a generic campaign will be sent, promoting your online store.


Week 5: Tuesday, July 30

This week’s campaign will feature heartworm disease awareness and the top preventatives available to protect your clients’ pets. If your practice is opted out of preventatives messaging, clients will receive a campaign promoting veterinary diets and allergy protection. If opted out of both of those categories, a generic campaign will be sent, promoting your online store.
