This program (formerly known as Careminders) is designed to keep your clients engaged with your practice and informed of new savings at your online store. To help you promote these campaigns to your clients, we’ve created marketing materials below that you can share in your practice, on your website, and on Facebook.

Your practice, clients and patients are at the center of what we do. In an effort to continually enhance and improve the Client Engagement Communications program, some clients may receive different messages, content, or (even better) offers than those shown below, or we may change send dates (though this is rare). Email content may also change if you have opted out of showing specific brands or categories (e.g. Preventatives) in your communications. Because there can be many potential variations of a single mailing, we are only showing one version here.

Week 1: Tuesday, June 4

This week’s campaign will announce a NEW instant rebate on Bravecto Chews for dogs and Bravecto Topical Solution for cats: 10% off a 2-pack (6 month supply) with AutoShip. As with all instant rebates, no coupon code is required.

If your practice is opted out of messaging about preventatives or this brand specifically, clients will see a different message, highlighting the benefits of shopping at your online store.

This campaign will go to your clients if your practice is opted into 4 or more engagement emails per month.

Week 2: Tuesday, June 11 – Thursday, June 13

This week’s campaign is a three-day sale, starting Tuesday and going through Thursday. Offer details are:

Offer expires on 6/13.

Your clients will receive the Tuesday email if your practice has opted into at least 1 engagement email per month. A reminder will be sent on Thursday if you are opted in to at least 2 per month.

Week 3: Tuesday, June 18

Do your clients understand how critical it is to protect their pets from parasites? Heartworm prevalence and tickborne diseases are on the rise nationwide, so this campaign will provide educational content to encourage clients to protect their pets.

This campaign will go to your clients if your practice is opted into 4 or more engagement emails per month. If your practice is opted out of preventatives messaging, clients will receive a campaign promoting savings on diets. If opted out of both of those categories, a generic campaign will be sent, promoting your online store.

Week 4: Tuesday, June 25

It’s officially summer, which means peak parasite season. This campaign will talk about flea, tick and mosquito activity and include a helpful comparison chart for top preventatives. Clients are eligible to receive this campaign if your practice is opted in to at least 3 engagement emails per month.
